With over 30 years of law enforcement experience, serving with the California Highway Patrol as an officer and investigator, and as a detective, supervisor, manager, and the Chief of the California Department of Insurance, Fraud Division, John is recognized as a leader providing foresight and innovative solutions for agencies and the California anti-fraud programs.
In the area of insurance fraud, John is a leader in developing effective programs, regulations, and legislative projects in order to reduce insurance fraud in California, and on the national level collaborating with executives and managers of the departments of insurance throughout the country.
